The work

The existing relay-based control had grown by modification over many years and no longer matched any drawing, making faults slow to trace and changes risky.

We documented the existing sequence, designed and built a new PLC control panel, and migrated the process to PLC and HMI control during a planned shutdown. Operators gained live process visibility and fault indication, and the site received as-built drawings and commented control logic they can hand to any engineer.
